Platform

The https://bj44.lat website and all associated services, games, betting features, and payment methods are collectively referred to as the "Platform".

Member

Any person who has registered at bj44 and is using the platform's services is referred to as a "Member".

Services

Online casino games, sports betting, live casino, bonus programs, and other related features are collectively known as "Services".

Registration Requirements

• Each individual may create only one account.
• All information provided when opening an account must be true, accurate, and complete.

Verification Process

• Additional documents may be required to prove ownership of a payment method.
• Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.
• Providing false or forged documents will result in immediate account closure and the balance may be forfeited.

Limits & Timeframes

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method)
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Withdrawal processing time: Within 15 minutes to 2 hours
• The account must be fully verified before withdrawals can be made.
• The account used for deposits and the account used for withdrawals must be in the same person's name.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳18,000 → ৳8,000 bonus → total balance ৳26,000

Wagering Requirements

The welcome bonus requires 15x wagering, calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms

• Each account may claim each bonus offer only once.
• Bonus amounts cannot be withdrawn directly — they are only withdrawable after the wagering requirements have been met.
• Attempting to collect bonuses using multiple accounts will result in the closure of all associated accounts.
• bj44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• In the event of a bonus terms violation, the bonus and any associated winnings may be voided.

Gaming Terms

• All game outcomes are determined by automated, impartial systems.
• If a technical error occurs during a game, the result of that game may be voided.
• Exploiting software errors or bugs to gain an advantage is prohibited.
• Once a betting decision has been made, it is not possible to change or cancel the bet.

Sports Betting

Additional terms apply to sports betting. When placing bets on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports, the specific rules of each market must be followed. If an event is cancelled, postponed, or changed, settlement will be handled in accordance with bj44's own policy.

List of Prohibited Conduct

• Operating multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Collusion or coordinated betting between linked accounts.
• Attempting to intrude on the platform's systems or security measures.
• Bonus abuse — claiming bonuses under multiple identities.
• Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other members.
• Initiating chargebacks or fraudulent payment claims against the platform.

Disclaimer of Liability

• Losses caused by internet outages, power failures, or third-party server failures.
• Natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseeable circumstances (Force Majeure).
• Inconvenience caused by issues with the member's own device or network.
• Disruption of third-party software or payment services.
• Personal financial losses incurred by the member from gaming.

Member Responsibilities

• Only bet an amount of money that you can afford to lose.
• Do not treat gaming as a source of income.
• Do not play while under stress, anxiety, or the influence of alcohol.
• Take regular breaks and set limits on time and money spent on gaming.

Notice of Changes

• Members will be notified by email of any important changes.
• Continuing to use the platform after changes have been made will be considered as acceptance of the new terms.
• Updated terms will be published on this page and the "Last Updated" date will be changed.

Account Termination

bj44 reserves the right to close an account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of terms.
• If evidence of fraud or illegal activity is found.
• In compliance with a court order or government directive.
• If the member themselves requests account closure.

• State the subject of the complaint, the date, and the relevant transaction ID.
